G8 is useless for any Climate Change commitment
Canada is more and more the Bad Guy...It s time to have definitively Harper not anymore in the G8 Picture!
Global warming of 2°C means nothing if you don't commit globally on the same reference Year for calculation.Moreover each degree Celcius has a direct impact to size future new stimulus package ( this time not for the financial system) but dedicated to reparation cost from repeat natural disasters ( agriculture,power supply,water supply,industrial infrastructures,cities,assistance to population,public health )
